DS is cooking honey mustard chicken with rice and vegetables.
DS wants to cook, so he made meatloaf on Monday. It is an easy recipe and got his confidence up.

MF what is Greek Briam please?

Tonight we are trying one of the fish in a bag dishes from Woolworths. We've run out of fish from Monkey Mia and a friend suggested this. You select the fish, and the marinade/sauce and they put it in an oven bag all sealed up ready to cook. DH will complain about the fish but too bad.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Cookie its a mix of sliced zucchini, eggplant, onion, potato, tomatoes, garlic and roasted capsicum, tossed in olive oil and oven baked. For around 90 minutes. I cook it uncovered in a roasting pan for 45 minutes and then cover it with foil for another 30-45 minutes. I add some oregano, thyme and parsley before cooking which i forgot to say and stir through some feta before serving. A nice vegetarian meal with some crusty bread or a side dish with lamb. Forgot to mention salt and pepper to taste.  :)  if I use fresh tomatoes I add some passata as well so it's not too dry.

We had a fillet steak & caramelised onion sandwich with the lot tonight - needed something quick as the day got away from me with being out and having interruptions once I came home.

To hot to cook, and I have no interest, so it's everyone to them selves here tonight.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!
