Chickpea and lentil soup and Quirky Jo's brown rice and almond chicken soup. People can choose which one they want and the leftovers can go in the freezer for lunches.

Not sure, was hoping for homemade pizza in the new Tandoor but I won't have enought time between getting home from work and getting DS to basketball to make them. DH will have to come up with something else.

A quiche of some sort from the River Cottage Vegie book.

Here's a photo of the Chicken and Haloumi sausages we had last night. The recipe is from the What's for Dinner book. Page 114 I think.

Lovely Hally. I really love haloumi. You couldn't really tell it was in the sausages.

Ok ive cooked the choc bimby cake as the kids requested it.. Chookies hot cross buns, and chookies lemon chicken but with a twist.. Mixing with pasta, some peas and maybe some cream.. Will see if ok once ive put in my changes lol

Was also going to cook the pumpkin seed cake amy made from the clevercook ebook but stopped myself... I think we have enough cake for a couple of days :)

The lovely hot cross buns.. Hope theybare cooked properly inside as ive had a few issues with te oven with bread..think i need to get an oven thermostat to check if temp is right

The lemon chicken pre cooking..will post a pic after..

And the bimby choc cake or slopey lol and cracked but who cares

😁😁
