Hot here at the moment.
Last night was tuna mayonnaise with TM coleslaw and salad, and tonight will be BBQ lamb chops and potatoes with leftover coleslaw and salad.
Beauty is only fur deep.....

Last night was Twice cooked beef ribs from my new Chin Chin recipe book, with rice and stir fried veggies and tonight we are going out to a local Italian.

Tonight we are having Veal Parmigiana. i am making the parmigiana sauce from my AWW Italian cookbook and converting it to TM using the method for Arrabiata sauce in the EDC.

Very easy Wonder no trouble at all. I also cooked the Lamb Rogan Josh which I froze. We are also cooking either salmon or chicken tonight

I have just made a huge curry in my PC for tomorrow, Roast lamb on now for tonight ;D
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.
