I couldn't decide. I had chicken out so decided to hammer it flat and spread with garlic butter. I rolled it up and I'll give it a quick zap in the AF.,I have been menu planning but not sticking to it for the last week or two. Naughty me.

I menu plan before I go shopping Robyn. That way I don't have too much meat or chicken in the freezer at as time. I buy what I need.

spaghetti and meatballs tonight since its dancing and football training so it's all prepared in the fridge in the varoma and jug I just have to put it on when I get home
