We're having Quinoa Stuffed Capsicums. DH and I were discussing it when we went to the Spud Shed this morning. As we were doing the lunch dishes he asked "What's for dinner tonight?" He may be missing his steak!

"My Favourite Quiche" as GD staying over and she has just had braces put on her teeth. She is mostly vegetarian so I will poke cooked bacon into 1/2 once the mix is in the dish.
Lemon delicious for pud.

Last night we had Ginger & soy glazed Salmon done in Varoma top tray with Bok Choy and Broccoli done in lower tray and served it over some leftover cauliflower rice, the sauce was lovely over the Cauli rice.
Tonight I am doing the Mexican Stack from Vegetarian Kitchen book, it is very easy and delicious!
I will have a green salad with it.

Gosh K Atie, they are working very hard. It brings back memories of when I was growing up on a farm.

KAtie, looks like a very good season. Looks like you are keeping those men folk well fed and rested.
Just dug the first of our potatoes. Will steam some in Varoma so lamb cutlets and first pick of broccoli and cauliflower.
Pawpaw for pud.

What do you cook for dinner with three rashers of bacon and some leftover sautéed mushrooms?
Pasta in the Oven
Didn't have cream so used whole milk instead. Tasted great.

I never use cream in our cooking if it is just for us CC. Only if we have guests.
