That's a great recipe for using up bits and pieces Denise. I'm sure I'll be making this after Christmas with leftover ham or turkey - I've bought myself a slab of each and a lot of it will end up in chunks in the freezer.

Pasta in the oven sounds good. Been so hot here the past couple of days we have just had fruit for dinner.

Invited DD around for dinner so no leftover here now. Need to make more room in fridge for Xmas day.
CC, love pasta bake. Good for using up all the odd bits.
Varoma steamed fish with salad for dinner tonight as we are going to Cherokee to water garden.

Grilled marinated chicken and salad. It was 43 today and I think I melted.

I had belly pork & veggies/pavlova down at DD's tonight - scrumptious.  Played UNO and Grandma lost every time!

Uni we would only have meat 2 days a week at the moment.
We had Zucchini and Haloumi Fritters with vegetables.

Uni, nice to see you. How did Frank go with the marathon?
I am the same with meat. DH has meat treat Saturdays - the only time we eat meat and most Saturdays it's only him.

Frank got very sick a few days after we got to Greece, he was on
Antibiotics for about 3 weeks and couldn’t do the race
He was very disappointed; we still did the trip to Sparta where the race ends only on the bus.
He’s undecided if he is going to train again for next year

GD is doing dinner tonight for her mother's birthday.  Not sure what we are having but my contribution is the Caesar potato salad.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
