Corned beef in the SC with veggies in it. Lots of cold corned beef sandwiches coming up.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I've defrosted two chicken breasts so thought I might make Skinnymixers All in One Chicken Dinner. I’ll will use white potato as DH isn’t keen on sweet potato.

Will be interested in your review of that recipe Denise, some comments said the gravy was bland, how did you find it?

I did use Chicken stock paste in the recipe Judy and added Worcester sauce to the final gravy. We enjoyed the meal and I love using the Varoma.
I’m defrosting Butter Chicken that I had in the freezer.

Last night we had RTE Chilli Mac 'n Cheese. It was very nice. I only made ½ and still had heaps left. I used home made pasta so only cooked it for a couple of minutes and left most of the liquid out. It certainly had a kick.

Last night we had spinach and 3 cheese gozlemes. They were time consuming to made, but very nice.
