Like the sound of stir fry prawns Chookie . Heated up roast vegetable tart with DM purple runner beans steamed and some leftover chicken Waldorf salad ( we had brought) .

We had a mix of chorizo, chick peas, onion, capsicum and spinach. It turned out quite well.

I completely understand that Chookie, it’s not the same is it when you are only cooking for 1. We slip into lazy habits and just can’t be bothered.

last bight was a crispy pork stirfry.
Tonight is slow cooked rib bones, all done by DH. :)

I am used to him cooking alot more now.

I cooked a pork loin steak and jacket potato in the air fryer, heated up veggies in the microwave & thawed out some gravy. My first cooked meal for ages.
