Roast lamb and lots of veggies. Fins have pea and Ginger Pud.
Oops, having problems with I pad.  Should be , finish Pear and Ginger Pud. Should check.

I had a lovely time trying to figure it out Chookie. Good for our brain.....I couldn't get it though.
Tonight we are having pasta, (in the pasta maker), cooked up salami to get most of the fat out, baby tomatoes with spinach and bocconcini stirred through it. An old favourite here.

Cottage Pie from leftovers.
I made 24 Portuguese Custard Tarts in the little K Mart pie maker.  I have found that if reheated in the AF they are crisp and develop the traditional brown spots. Lovely.

Roast beef with roast veg and beans
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Beef and Pepper pie from the Beechworth Bakery book. I will only put a top on the pie to save calories!!

How can you save calories by putting a top on a pie cookie, wouldn’t you have to leave it off to achieve that?

Maybe the pie had a pastry base as well.
Yesterday , cottage pie and fresh beans from leftovers. Also made stock from chicken and duck carcasses. Will make chicken and corn soup today.

Chookie is right, it should have a base as well and I leave that out. Just a top and it's usually short crust pastry.

Thanks for explaining it girls, didn’t think of that.
I had a tuna mornay topped with mashed potato tonight, the last of my batch in the freezer.
