It was delicious Judy. I've put up a review. I was looking at her baked spaghetti dish this morning. It looks perfect for cool weather.

I had a late tea tonight as I was out for 7 hours shopping and socialising. Party pasties & chips in the a/f followed by jam and cream on fresh Costo bread - a really healthy meal LOL

I have a real fetish for jam and cream at the moment Chookie, whether it be on toast or fresh bread. I even had some for breakfast yesterday! Tonight a healthy chicken and veggie soup followed by toast with jam and cream!

Judy, know the feeling. Hate to admit it but Ral and I had toast, bread from French shop. With home produced honey, for dinner. We had had a roast lunch.
Doing an after school run with GC. So dinner will have to be prepared before hand. Probably Lasagna from freezer. Salad.

I grew up having jam and cream at lunch time. We had yummy clotted cream from our own cows, taken from the top of the milk after Mum had scalded it. It is no wonder I have a weight problem as everyone in the family would take their cream they wanted and then I would use all the rest. When now DH used to come up he couldn't understand this jam and cream idea on bread at lunch. His upbringing was European. I don't think we ever convinced him either.

Cookie, home grown cream sounds really decadent.
Nachos and fruit salad.

Tuna and macaroni bake here tonight. I'm using Cookie's recipe with extra vegetables and a crunchy topping.

We had a visitor for lunch. Roasted a duck with orange. Eating leftovers for dinner. The French Almond Cakes were lovely with custard.
