Chicken stir fry with whatever veggies I can find to put in it.

Just thought I would pass this on because it was such a weird recipe.

Last weekend I posted that I was making an unusual experiment ... hummus curry.  At the time it did nothing for me, taste wise, but we left it a couple of days and had it last night and I am really happy to say that the taste developed and it was a very tasty dish.  All in all, a successful experiment

Marina, sometimes experimental dishes turn out to be very nice.

We are having left overs tonight.

A happy ever after story Marina. We had Macaroni Cheese from Not Nigella’s site again tonight.

Beef and vegetable cannelloni with salad.  Stewed rhubarb & custard for dessert.

I'm trying a Chili Chicken and Potatoes from Cookidoo tonight. It says use 12 dried chilis, I'm sure I will reduce that.

Varoma lamb shanks from Recipe community. Three hours or so later it was great . No red wine so I just used a bit of verjuice and added a tin of tomatoes instead of fresh . Mashed potatoes and vegetables. Recommend this I had four lamb shanks and they fitted nicely in the varoma.

We had Skinnymixer’s Butter Chicken tonight. Just as we were finishing dinner our doorbell rang.  It was the young man DH has been building the speedster with. He brought us 4 crayfish and 3 packets of fish he caught today. It was extremely kind of him. It will all be delicious.

Easy beef stir fry , Skinnymixers. This takes 15 minutes to cook I did it a little longer as added lots more vegetables served it with zucchini thinly sliced longways and steamed.
