Sri Lanken dinner. Next door neighbour sent in a delightful meal. Only the samble was too hot for me. Enough for 2 meals.

Kind neighbours Chookie . Apricot chicken risotto with roasted pumpkin asparagus and broccoli. Always add some vegetables to risotto.
