Made a chicken stir fry. Chicken, celery, asparagus, mushrooms. I ‘ sulked ‘ the chicken as it makes a lot of difference. Served with brown rice. Enough for 2 meals.

Pasta with salami (grilled before to get the fat out), with baby tomatoes, bocconcini and spinach.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Mab, I’ve sent you a PM . I’ve found soup is the best thing to have for dinner with reflux. Thank heavens for the TMX. I’ll also have soup tonight as having lunch with family.

Still cool here so it’s soup again tonight, at least it’s helping reduce containers in the freezer.

GS coming for dinner. He requested Roast Pork Belly. If it’s not raining I’ll use the method Judy taught me. Slow in BBQ and crisp top in hot oven. Roast veggies and green veggies from my garden. Sticky date Pud. He will take leftovers home.

I baked some sausages with the pork. I’ll have them today. I like sausage on toast with mustard. Not very healthy. Better have veggie soup for Dinner.

Yes Judy I do like this meal.  I've made it a couple of times now and have added some grated carrot as well and I also leave out the corn.  The left overs are nice on a baked potato.
