Lamb shank meat in the TMX slow cook mode . Late dinner but nice . Tonight chicken and vegetables soup with spinach and pear barley. We had some garlic bread in the freezer so heated that up . Cheats garlic bread I did purchase at Wilson’s , it was so good . Cannot every think I’ve brought it as so easy to make but this was so good . Parmesan cheese was the secret ingredient.

Katie, must try Wilson’s garlic bread and compare with mine. I make my own garlic butter and No fuss bread recipe. Makes 3 long bread sticks. I add lots of fresh garlic, salt and pepper, parsley and olive oil to salted butter. Roll into a long log and freeze.
Pea and ham soup for dinner tonight.

Well your bread would always be better Chookie , it was the flavour of the butter and think the parmesan cheese . Think we will have Japanese fish tray bake tonight .

We’re having Fake away Beef Noodles from Cookidoo. We’ve had it before and it’s tasty.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I’ve prepared cauliflower cheese, 2 roast chickens, garlic bread, sticky Date pudding and pea and ham soup. DD is making a salad.  I’ll take it hot to DD and there should be some leftover for the weekend.

Chookie, that's a nice selection of food I'm sure the family will enjoy it.

Braised Steak and Onions with mixed vegetables for the men.  I'm trying some Sloppy Joe mix from RTE for me with some mashed potato.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
