Last night we had pork chops, round chips and salad. Tonight is steak, round chips and salad. Traditional motorhome food.

LAst night we had Tuna Mornay with potato mash and steamed asparagus and carrots. I had everything except the asparagus and enjoyed it all.
Tonight will be Spinach and Ricotta parcels with baby potatoes and coleslaw. I'm not sure how I will go with the coleslaw.

It’s about 40 litres I think. The fridge/freezer is much bigger than any of our vans had. We used to carry an Engel.

Chicken chipotle mini sausages with vegetables. Dessert Lindt Tiramisu chocolate… maybe not again - too sickly sweet for me.

This is interesting. I bought some lamb sausages. Cooked some in frying pan. They turned a dark brown colour . Not nice. The next lot I cooked in AF. Perfect.
Tonight, chicken soup again. I am eating my main meal at lunch time , when I can. Sausage in home made bread roll with chilli sauce. Salad on the side. Orange.

Slow cooked lamb ragu . Just mixed a few recipes and cooked for 3 hours on Slow cook mode . It was great but should have had less liquid-the recipe did add risoni pasta oops . I just didn’t want pasta or thickener in it .

I hate to admit this, but I cooked mashed potato for lunch on Sunday. I reheated it in the microwave and then forgot it.
Yesterday I added it to the top of the curried scallop pie and today’s I mixed it with a tin of salmon and made fish cakes. Still a bit to go.
