We had marinated lamb chops with veggies.

Tuna pasta bake with home made chips, asparagus and butter beans

Tomato soup and bread. Home grown tomatoes and TMX chicken stock. I made a small loaf with Laucke sprouted wheat . Bit like wholemeal but nicer.

We had a dish similar to spag bog, but used Risoni. It tasted nice but didn’t look very tasty.

Tonight I’m serving my guest a home made chicken and veg pie with cauli-au-gratin, potato gems and peas. Last night we had lamb shank from the freezer served with mashed potato and steamed veggies. Tomorrow night will be ham and mustard chicken crepes with broccolini, snow peas and carrots. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a guest staying for as long as this lady, she is the DIL of my DF.
