Lamb chump chop with wild mushroom risotto. Hope I don’t poison myself. Got these at the Ballarat Community Garden Swap.

DS requested curried sausages tonight. We had them with mashed potatoes and peas and baby carrots and left over foccacia.

We had Pizza last night and pumpkin soup for lunch today. Tonight I’m trying meatballs in tomato sauce, using the SC version in the thermomix.

Stuffed chicken with parsley lemon carrot topped with orange slices . Parsnip and whole tomato around it ! Served with steamed greens . Added some quince jelly on the plate . Some meals we had this week , Cheese burger macaroni- really like this needs a sharp tasty cheese . Added caperberries as no jalapeño. Chicken stroganoff- slight disaster it shredded the chicken, i dislike the texture of shredded meats . Tonight we had for DS slow cooked pork roast with lots of flavours a meat rub underneath sliced fennel ginger carrots and a poached quince sliced fresh rosemary. Roast potatoes and sweet potatoes. DS loved it .

Tonight we had takeaway.  Schnitzels from the new Schnitzel restaurant that has recently opened.  They were very nice but also very filling.
