Hello
Long time no speak.
Soup tonight with crackers, then Greek yogurt and fruit.
Still have TM31, how’s everyone?

Lovely to hear from you DJ. I guess you have noticed that the forum often goes down. 🥹🥹

Last night we had Tuna Pasta Bake.  Tonight sausages with mashed potatoes and peas.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Slow cooked in TM6 Bacall’s ( Lebanese pea stew) . I used fresh beans and zucchini. It’s super tasty . Having garlic bread with it . Worth the 3 hour wait .

I had my main meal for lunch (fish with veggies) so I had banana custard dessert for tea, I often do that.

BBQ Steak layered salad . Spinach leaves thinly sliced zucchini cucumber and coriander. Topped with balanced broccolini red peppers and sweet potato noodles. Thinly sliced steak with homemade pomegranate molasses. This is my favourite salad meal . Use any greens .

I tried a new chicken dish but it wasn’t the best. Fortunately DH had made an enormous pot of soup.
