I just wanted to say "Hi", and thanks for approving my membership.
I haven't bought a thermomix YET; I am really keen thought.
Hopefully it will help me save money as I have to cook/buy for allergies.
I would like to be able to grind gluten free flours, make rice milk and am looking forward to searching through this forum for hints on gluten free cooking.
Thanks,
Deb

Hi Deb, welcome to the forum. You will find what you are looking for here, we have plenty of members with intolerances and one by one they will post their URL's to their blogs once they see your introduction. Hopefully you will buy yourself a TMX and join us in our cooking adventures.

Welcome Deb. I'm sure a Thermomix would help you with cooking for allergies etc. You will be able to make everything from scratch and then you will know exactly what is in it.

Good luck Deb,
Maybe on this forum you might be convinced how wonderful this machine is and how your life can be changed by having one.
We look forward to your contributions. Hopefully you too will be the proud owner of a TM.

Hello and welcome! Although we don't need to have gluten free food, I find that gluten free baked items are so much easier to prepare with the tmx. Continue to explore, and by all means have a demo to see the tmx - it makes all the difference! See i a few times, if you have to.

Welcome Deb. You ought to get one, no more second thoughts especially when you are already here and just had a demo or having one now
You won't regret it.

You all know what I'm going to say .... "I loved it". The demonstrator was really lovely and we all stuffed ourselves with yummy food. I just have to sort out some financial stuff now ...

Of course you "loved it"
I hope you sort out the financial. It is sooooo worth it and will save a ton of money for you not even counting how much healthier you and your family will be eating. I know you won't regret it. I would be lost without mine.
