Again, enjoyed this dish

This time I used 870g chicken thigh strips (cooked for extra 2 mins. varoma temp.)
tripled the sauce ingredients (love lots of sauce)

Microwaved the 500g frozen Asian strifry veggies (love the Aldi one), and added them in for last 2 mins of chicken cooking.
It made a full thermoserve of teriyaki chicken, and I cooked the full 270g packet of soba noodles on the stove.
This helped stretch the meal out, and had some for left overs.
.........EAT CAKE!

I have just made rhe meat component of this dish. I had defosted meat that needed to be cooked.

This seems like a good healthy dish.

I had beef strips precut from my butcher. Wondering if they were a little too long. They caught on the blade, I noticed after 4 mins, so unravelled then cooked for 1 minute more. They all look good now.

Not doing the noddles until we eat this dish, probably tomorrow evening. Thought I would toss some veggies in my wok, then add the beef.

The smell is great, never used mirin before so another new experience. Had a quick taste and OMG, yum, DH is going to love this, he loves anything with chillies.

H :)

I made this for dinner tonight. I used chicken thighs instead of beef and thai rice noodles instead of soba noodles. It is delicious. It's so quick to make and it has a really nice flavour. I added some steamed brocolli at the end for a bit of a vegie hit. It will definitely be a dish that we make often :)

I made the chicken version & enjoyed it.  Very quick & using everyday ingredients.  I'd serve it with rice though next time, as the soba noodles weren't popular in our house.  I'd add more vege too.

Hello! I am drooling over these photos! Jusy, or any other lovely people out there, would it be possible to PM me the recipe...pretty please?! I'm keen to make it!

Do people think that this cookbook is one of the better Thermomix brand cookbooks?

Thanks so much! :)
