It's become a bit of an obsession Judy! I eat, sleep and breathe Thermomix!!! Is that a bad thing???? :P

I can't think of a meal to cook unless Thermie is involved somehow.  He has to get a workout at least once a day, even if it is just to make snacks for the kids lunches.

This is like a cult! I mean it in the most loving sense of course.  ;D

In the Thermomix world Jodi, you are perfectly normal.  In the outside world, they would be shaking their heads  :D :D

Heh heh, I love how you call your TM a 'he'.  I have named mine 'Buddy' without really considering he might be a she.  Just cos' of its power.  My DIL is a new TM owner too and agreed that it just seems to be more like a male than a female...though the multi-tasking and flexibility are more female-like traits)  I love the names she's considering for her TM ...maybe Thermy or Sir Mix-A-Lot! :D

Congratulations Jodi, that is exciting news. We all understand how you feel about your TMX. We're the same.

Sir Mix-a-Lot had that song Baby got Back, about liking girls with big butts.  So that is a really funny name!

HI Jodi

I just signed up this morning as Nov training starts TOMORROW!!!! Had to find babysitters for my son for three whole days (they dont do training at night apparently) and I've never left him anywhere else but at home before. Wish me luck...and wish him luck!!

Hope your first demos are booked in and you are fired up to power through them :)

I'm sure you will be more worried than he is JuJu. Enjoy your training.

I've got everything crossed for you!!!

I was really lucky! My GL did our training at night at her home.  There was 4 of us! It's impossible for working people to get to day time training.  Apparently they are going to consider it in the new year but that's no consolation for us now.

Good luck! but you wont need it.

I am so excited to become a demonstrator...I have a couple of friends lined up waiting for me to get qualified before they have demos which is very kind of them.
I have filled in the form and am waiting to hear back from HQ Perth. I would love to be up and running before Christmas but don't know if there will be any more training sessions between now and then. I guess I will find out soon!

Congrats and good luck to all you new consultants.

I'd love to be a consultant. Maybe one day when we're able to get away from here.... :-))
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
