I have loads of blackcurrants in freezer - I would like to make blackcurrant jam in the Thermie - does anyone have a recipe that works or is there one I can adapt?

Vintagepaint, blackcurrents make particularly good jam and the TMX is ideal.   When i make it , I usually add a bit of apple to extend it as it has a very strong flavor.   I also make a jelly which is very nice.

I would like to have you post your "jelly" recipe that is so good, as I have been looking for an apple jelly recipe to do in the TMX, and I would like to add dried sage to it, as I often buy it for meats, and also like it on biscuits with cheese.  I don't know if your jelly recipe is this type or not.
