Thanks TMXr.  Glad you're back - even though we hadn't "met" until now.  You have obviously been a HUGE part of this forum.  Have appreciated all the comments and feedback you've provided on many of the threads I've snooped around on over the past few months.  And your blog is a fantastic resource.  Made the quince paste the other day - GOLD  :-* :-* :-*
