Oreos used to be dairy free - I'm not sure if they still are, but if they are you could make these with Toffutti "Better Than Cream Cheese" for a vegan / dairy free option.

On ebay I think the postage was around $11.04 U.S.
Total amount was $17.22 Aus. including postage.

My mould arrived in the mail today! Yippee, looking forward to using it on the weekend. I have the best, best friend in the world for buying it for me for Christmas.

Just for everyones info. The lady in the US told my friend that there will soon be a distributor in Australia! With a bit of luck, the postage will be minimal and hence make them more affordable. Not sure when this will happen but worth keeping a lookout.

Well that would be a wise move on behalf the creator......she'll make a killing out of those little plastic moulds.
Isn't it amazing how such a simple idea like that, following a fad, could be a very good nest egg *sigh*......might get my thinking cap on and try and invent something too!  :D

P.S......making some more later using chocolate  mint slice biscuits......will post later  ;)

I've decided to give these a go. DD is having  a mob here Wednesday evening so I thought she could try them on them. Just a few dumb questions.  I'm sure it's mentioned somewhere but I couldn't see it.
Making the cake pop is no drama. After they are chilled do I coat the entire thing with chocolate and then 'ice and decorate it'?
Or do you only coat the top in white chocolate and then decorate it?

You can do either Cookie.
Submerge the whole lot in choc then decorate the top, or dip the bottom first - set - then different colour on top......or simply just dip the tops.
It really depends on what you could be bothered doing at the time  ;)  Sometimes I just keep it in a ball shape, and plonk the lot in then sprinkle it  it  ;D

Cookie, using a packet of Arnotts mint slice biscuits & 40-50g cream cheese is really lovely too (my fave so far)
I had some made to take a photo, but the kidlets ate them before I could!  :D
