Oh dear
« on: November 19, 2010, 10:31:09 am »
It seems that I have fallen in love with my Thermomix. Is there nothing it can't do???  :P

I have dreamt about one for over 12 months when I finally bought one. I am a busy mum with 4 children and anything easy, healthy and quick is a must have in our home.

I am in SE Melb and have found my facebook addiction has been taken over by my thermomix.....lol

Looking forward to reading more and eventually when I am feeling brave enough, posting recipes.

:-)

Hello Jabejak, welcome to the forum.  You are not alone in your love for a machine which you will soon find out if you do a bit of reading on this forum.  We rarely get anyone who isn't in love with their machine and if they are having problems, there is so much help given here that they soon get the inspiration they need to move forward.  You are going to be a very busy lady if you intend keeping your facebook addiction up as well as spend a lot of time with your TMX and us on here.  Not to mention the 4 children  ;) ;)  Have fun.

I'm finding it perfectly possible to run both addictions concurrently but maybe that's because I stopped at 3 children (although 2 have ADHD so that's really 6 children .... <G> oh and they're all boys!)

Welcome to the forum, I'm a newbie but love it her almost as much as I love Thelma - her and I are going to become firm friends.

Welcome Jabejak. You have joined the right forum if you feel you are in love with your TMX. There is nothing like a group of "like minded" people to make you feel right at home  :D :D

Welcome Jabejak. How old are your 4 children? I am pleased that some of my children are finally starting to use Ted (my TMX). Mind you, they do have to wait for times when I'm not using him. Trust you enjoy your love affair with your TMX.

Welcome Jabejak. You will certainly have your hands full with a new forum to be involved with. I hope the TMX helps you with making more time available to you.

Jabejak, that's a good range of ages. I have 4 who range from 17+ to almost 6. Hope your teenagers aren't as fussy as mine.
