Indian cookbook

I am new to  the thermomix having just bought one but havent used yet. I see several references to the Indian cookbook and in oarticular butter chicken. My family LOVES butter chicken so would love to start with this. What is the full name of this cookbook?? what other great recipes are in this cookbook??

Hi Maccallum and welcome to the forum. I love the Indian cookbook. Where are you from? If you look in the reviews of recipes you'll see that sopme of us have made things from this book and reviewed them.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Hi and welcome. Hope you get into using your tmx - and yes the butter chicken is lovely - just had leftovers for lunch, mmmm.
