I love my homemade tomato sauce and im very much a 'saucy gal' so recipes like this always grab my attention!

I had chicken breast in the fridge so used that in place of thighs. Therefore it shredded up a bit. Very tasty though :) Served it with a side of steamed silverbeet/broccoli/carrot. Yum :)

I made this for dinner last night and we really enjoyed it.  I added some finely sliced carrots, baby spinach and sliced snow peas.  A real winner and will definately be making it again.
