Gelato Recipe
« on: November 27, 2010, 11:46:15 pm »
Hi Everyone. Just looking for a recipe for gelato that you could make the custard in the tmx and then put it into a churner. I think it might be easier on the waist than eating ice cream all the time. Thank Sandy

Hi Sandy, nice to see you again.  Have you seen this thread and Gralke's gelato version, it may not be true gelato but I liked it.

Judy your memory for finding things previously discussed is awesome.  :-* :-* :-*
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Sometimes Cookie - what day is it  :-)) :-))  It depends if I am interested in a topic or not and also if I've done it, I know I have it on file so that also helps. If I know something exists on the forum I just search for it & when searching for something you must be on the home page or you will not find what you are looking for.
