How long will it keep in the fridge?  If I am giving them out as presents mid next week should I put it in the freezer now.  I made two batches yesterday - yum!

Chelsea as long as the will power holds out - bit like asking how long will chocolate keep in the fridge  :)  :)

Thanks Johnro. Will give it a go with milk chocolate and nuts. Now I know that this is probably not the question to ask (!) but have you ever done a batch with less sugar?

Thanks! I made Tenina's peanut butter fudge today and asked Hubby what he thought of it. His reply was "I would think it was really nice if I hadn't just had a piece of cookies and cream fudge".  ;D

Made a batch on Saturday and it's a fantastic recipe.  My family and friends loved it. Thanks Johnro.  Will be making this many times over.

I made this last night and yummo...I wonder if I can halve the white chocolate and double the oreo cookies?  All I can taste is white chocolate (which I love) but am thinking the cookie part would be goodto taste too...lol

Susan I would probably just double the cookies - I have just finished a batch using milk chocolate  :)  :)

Made another batch last night - halved the sugar and used dark chocolate and roasted almonds. Might even experiment with reducing the sugar further.

Made this and it was fantastic! Loved the taste, texture and how easy it was to make. The whole batch disappeared way too quickly so will have to make more. Thanks for such a terrific recipe.

Can I ask what the glucose does? Just curious as some of the other recipes don't seem to have it and I really loved yours.
