« on: December 14, 2010, 10:29:40 pm »
Hi, just got my thermomix finally after wanting one for over 2 years. Last night made sorbet, vegie stock, risotto, and then my 2 daughters (11 & 13) made chocolate custard. Loving it....Mel  :-X

Hi Mel66, welcome to the forum.  What a patient person you are - 2 years :o  So glad you finally got one and lovely to hear the DD's are into it already as well.  Have fun.

Welcome Mel66 - cooking up a storm already. Make sure you stand back so your kids can learn how to use it and then you may get dinner/dessert cooked for you regularly  ;) We hope you find this forum helpful and inspiring and also look forward to trying out any converted recipes once you settle in  :)
