Me too!!  ;D  I've been making his American Chop Salad in the tmx - so yummy!  (Nice to have a different salad than the same old beetroot/coleslaw/Asian, etc)  It's from his 'Jamie's Dinners' cookbook.  (But don't try and chop the tomatoes and lettuce in the tmx with the other veges - not a good look!!! lol  :D )

Hi guys,
I just got back from Down Under a few days ago, and came for my tmx forum fix  :D

I'm excited to see the piri piri chicken conversion.  And go Flipper.  How fantastic that you're going to convert your way through the book.  I can't wait.

Once the jet lag has finished I'm going to have a look to see if I can convert something too.  I think you're probably all on the right track to start off by converting Jamie recipes.  It'll probably make it easier for us to come up with our own later.  And let's face it, it's hard to beat a Jamie recipe  ;D
As my picture shows, I've suddenly become younger :-)  DD was of the opinion that her picture should be here, not mine!

Good to hear from you Caroline - I was wondering if you made it down under.  Hope the trip wasn't too traumatic  :)
