Another newbie
« on: December 22, 2010, 03:51:55 am »
I've had my Thermomix for almost a week now and we're getting along rather nicely.  Most things that I've attempted have been successful and my 12 yr old son made butter chicken for dinner last night so he was very pleased with himself!  (love the rice!) And I've noticed the difference to the contents of my fridge and pantry already.  I think I'm spending almost as much time on this forum as I am in the kitchen!   :D

Welcome KitchenDiva. That is a problem most of us have. Equal time on the forum and in the kitchen, no time for mundane things like ironing or housework. But we all eat well. Where are you from?

Hello KitchenDiva, welcome to the forum.  Sounds like you have everything under control there, no problems, just lovely food being produced.  Nice to see the young fella helping out, he will make a good husband one of these days with good training now. It is hard to drag yourself away from the forum, tell me about it - I have spent 62 days of my life on here according to the statistics  :-)) :-))

Welcome KitchenDiva, I'm from Perth too, in the northern suburbs.

You will love food in a whole new dimension now. It's great that your son is enjoying cooking with you too.  You might get a few nights off from the kitchen.  ;)

Enjoy and keep sharing your progress with us.
