Hey everyone!

Hi everyone,
I'm Kiera! I've had my thermie for about 3 weeks, and have used it every day. The obsession has become so mad, I actually look for excuses to use it. (example, 10.30pm at night, and I'm off to make red curry paste!)
Look forward to chatting to you all!

Yeah, we're all obsessed here - especially at this time of the year when there's so much we could make!
Welcome to the forum xx

Hi Kiera, welcome to the forum. I wish I could use my TMX at that time of the night - somehow don't think DH would appreciate the noise though.

I'm more of an early morning cook - I was making curry powder (from whole spices) the other morning at 5am, then made a vege & boiled egg curry for my dh's lunch! I do love to get some cooking done before the kids get up, and the noise doesn't seem to bother them - they're used to it.
Have fun Keira!

Welcome Kiera. I'm afraid I'm asleep at that time of night and at 5am Jo I'm trying to be alseep. Even if I am a morning person 6am is enough for me.

Belated welcome - hope you're not making too many things at 5am - the obsession has worn off a little?
