My parcel arrived today from Jo with a generous samples of Miessence.The perfume is divine.I will have a great time using everything.

Yay! Glad you liked it!! I was a bit worried, because a friend tried on the chocolate perfume and said she didn't like it that much - I love it! She like the "Wild" one better. They're all nice, but chocolate's my favourite :)

Hi Jo,  I love your blog.  Its great to see someone else thinks the same way as me but trying to tell the kids that is a different story.  They are getting used to me now, but it has taken approx 3-4 yrs since I read Cyndi O'Meara's Changing Habits Changing Lives.  Hubby is slowly getting better.  But I have learnt to take baby steps with my mum and mother in law.  eg no soft drink for the kids at all instead of telling them that my kids can't eat this and that which just didn't work.   

Keep up the great work.  I love reading your blog.

I took a look at your blog too quirky cooking-great stuff. The info about the sugar substitues was especially thought provoking  ;D Which I knew it all sooner!

Thanks TC & HB! Glad you've found it helpful :) I know what you mean about trying to educate family & friends, HB, it's hard. My mum's a lot better than she used to be, but I do find I need to take food most places I go so my kids will have something to eat!!
