Hi everyone,
Nice to meet you all. My In-laws gave us a TM for Christmas, so I'm looking forward to trying out some of the yummy recipes on here!
Have only made some sauces and ice-cream so far, but have my lesson/demo today so looking forward to seeing what it can do

Thanks ladies. The demo was pretty good. I thought the risotto was a bit bland, but that's a recipe thing so easy fixed. Made the ginger beer last night and that was pretty awful! I used the lesser amount of ginger, but it was so strong and bitter. Oh well. Going to make the veg stock and the marsala and then I can try the butter chicken. YUM!
And yes, it was VERY generous of the IL's. They have had one for about a year and said it had changed their lives, so they hope it will change ours too! Anything that is quick and easy is a major plus for me as we have a 16mo son who isn't always keen on me cooking dinner and it's a bit hard to hold him and chop the veggies

Hi
My name is Cate. I have just got my TM for Christmas!!! Yay! I am just starting to learn how to use it - so far have only made the basics - but am really looking forward to trying out using the varoma and seeing what my new little friend can do!! I write a food blog, and want to really start showcasing the TM - any help suggestions are really appreciated!

Welcome Clare,
I am also a new TM owner - you go a little crazy the first couple of week making way too much food - but it's all fun!!!
You will find lots of helpful hints here.
