i hope this is the correct way of doing this....
chicken and pork meat balls
fed my 6 with left overs
Ingredients
500g pork mince
500g turkey mince
1 egg
60g parmasen cheese
1 cup brown rice
any veggies u like but i used:
chunk capsicum green or red or both
2 carrots
l chunk pumpkin with skin on
1 oninon
fresh rosmary
fresh parsely
30g ginger
3 garlic cloves
2 big dolpos of veg consentrate
Preparation
powder the parmasen first.
add all the veggies and herbs and woosh till its just about mush speed 8 for 15 secs (depending on what ur hiding from whom!!)
add the egg and veg concentrate
with the blades moving add dolops of mince and mix for a bit between adding more. i kind of did it in 2 batches just so it mixed easier.
tip into a seperate bowl an mix thru rice
line a baking tray with cooking paper and place walnut sized meat balls onto it.
cook till nice an brown on top... 150 half hr

any suggestions on doing it a better way greatly appreciated!! it was alot of meat for the thermo to mush all at once
