I'm so excited but I don't know what to make first. Any suggestions?

I'm thinking bread. Or do you think that is to much to ask for the first use?

My first attempt was lemon custard (under the close supervision of my consultant) - and that was purely because it was the only thing I had all the ingredients for at the time of delivery (I hadn't found this forum at that stage so I was totally unprepared to make anything).  The custard was gorgeous.

Have fun and just go with the flow - with luck, your consultant should help you with your first attempt at the time of delivery so no need to panic - just ENJOY!

You could try bread you have to start somewhere it is all experimentation when you start. You will have some triumphs and disasters.

I started my customers with pumpkin soup and breadrolls. Might be too warm for that at this time of year, though!  :)

Stock concentrate so you don't groan at every recipe which needs it. It's very liberating once you have it as it opens up so many possibilities.

Well I made picklets for my first attempt as the kids were hungry. They were yummy ( even though I accidentally put in 60g sugar instead of 40g). I think I will make some bread rolls next. Only can try I guess. Lol. I need to write a list of ingredients to get from the shop as I go I think.

Have fun playing with your new toy.  I would make a cake because I am a terrible sweet tooth.  Perhaps the easy carrot cake or Bimby chocolate cake from the forum.  ;D

Cheese and bacon rolls are on the rise at the moment. A recipe I found on this forum. ( thanks to the person who put it on). Hopefully they turn out ok. I must do some house work now. Lol.

My first meal I cooked was the tomato soup in the EDC with the red lentils. Mind you, it was winter at the time!! You'll find that now you have your TM, you are likely to go completely nuts with cooking. Now you know why we are all so passionate(?nuts) on this forum about cooking with the TM. Congratulations and have fun.

Sounds like a great start and I'm sure the rolls were yummy.
So what are you having for dinner?

Tonight we having curried sausages. ( left over from last night) I'm wasn't so confident making a main meal as yet and also need some ingredients. I'm about to go to shop and get some items to make stock concentrate. And maybe some custard for dessert. Yum yum. Cheese and bacon rolls are almost finished in oven. They look great and smell even better.
