My new best friend, Thermie
« on: January 23, 2011, 03:12:33 am »
Hi there!
I have had my new TM for 3 days.  I've already made the vege concentrate, pasta dough, pizza dough, ice cream (finished in my ice cream maker) and korma paste (my lamb korma is now cooking in my slow cooker), pancakes, biscuits and assorted chopping.. phew!  I did a lot of cooking before I got Thermie but now I'm just cooking because I can..   The TM should come with membership to weight watchers..   ;D

Welcome and well done. It's a great sense of satisfaction to be able to do so much so easily isn't it. Keep up the good work. You are obviously enjoying it.

Hi PC, welcome to the forum.  If you were a cook before TMX you will certainly increase the time spend cooking once you become a TMX owner.  All the extra things we can make from scratch are so fulfilling.

Welcome PepperChimney. I agree with the Weight Watchers comment.

Hi there!
The TM should come with membership to weight watchers..   ;D

You're right it soo should.  ;D ;D  I've heard you can cook healthy low cal food with the TMX but as I have three small boys who need high cal food and am too lazy to cook twice I haven't yet mastered the art .....
