Yummy! But very sweet (although I rarely cook/eat cakes so most things are sweet for me), I think the raw sugar/date combination does it. Like Cookie, next time I might not blitz the walnuts for quite so long.
I liked that it used a reasonable amount of zucchini (210g) particularly as I have A LOT of it at the moment
I made it in a small bundt tin and the cake had a chunky but light crumb. I intend to freeze it in portions.
