Thanks JudyDawn... for your empathy.
Is your husband feeling better?

It's been a week and I haven't heard from anyone yet.
How long should I give it before calling HQ again?

Or. Should I just give up and forfeit the cookbook?

Yes thanks Cldy, after a week at home he is just starting to get on top of things.

Keep at H.O. until they get that book to you, either from them or through your consultant, don't you dare forfeit it. It doesn't matter if you ring every week, it needs to be done until this problem is sorted.   :-* :-*

give your GL another email (I find in   business it always helps to have a written copy of correspondence), and sometimes they have a holiday (which is quite acceptablein any  business, and then you may also like to call them on the mobile) Any reputable Australian business should be able to give you a reply within 24 - 48 hours(give or take Saturday/Sunday trading)

Finally got an sms from my consultant saying that she has the book, FINALLY!

I've just got to make arrangements to collect it now.

Thank you everyone, for "listening" to me. :)
I should have called HQ earlier methinks but it's ok, things are moving!
