WW is an omen to me, every time I join I might loose about 1-5 kgs, then slowly gain, and then I find out I am pregnant. This happened 3 times now, so unless I am planning number 4 I am staying clear of the place lol
That and if I break my toe, then I know I am preggers lol

Good luck with WW, I found if you serve up on a say a side plate, you looked like you were getting more food, but really getting less lol.

Not that I should be dishing out advice, my skinny me is dying by suffocation in my gift wrapped body of fat lol

Love it. I'm well insulated.

My weigh in tomorrow morning and I'm so not looking forward to it.  I've had a REALLY hungry week!  I'm not sure if its the extra exercise I've been doing or the alli I've been taking (I thought I'd treat myself ... :-)) )  And I've just finished the week off with a great big roast.

I'm going to just get up in the morning, get on the scales and start again.  If anyone has any tips for WW friendly TMX meals I'd be grateful :)  I've been topping up with lots of veggies but clearly its not enough ....  Its a shame I've got children, then I could stop making bread - I've some mushroom and garlic proving at the moment ... :)

But this is a brand new week and i'm keen as mustard to keep on going!  ;D

I was at my Base 2 training and my GL made us Red lentil and Sweetpotato Soup for tea, can't see much wrong with that for a ww meal and it was delicious!!! Jenny

Great going joynatalie - that's all we want, to be able to fit into clothes previously too tight. Size 12 is great!

WOOHOO  Weigh in this morning and I've lost 3lb's this week (approx 1.4kg)  I'm absolutely chuffed to bits although I also recognise that to lose this amount of weight EVERY week wouldn't be healthy.  This brings me down to 12stone exactly

This week my aim is merely to lose - however little I lose when I step on the scales next week I want to see 11 instead of 12!

 ;D ;D

Happy dance

Patience is a virtue girls. It took quite some time to creep on so it'll take some time to come off too.  Don't forget to take your measurements! If you have a bad week on the scales, check your measurements before getting too upset.

Overall, as long as you are focussing on a healthy lifestyle, the rest will follow.

 >:( 0.3 this week!!! It is soooooooo slow.  The only positive is that it is slowly coming off and I am getting used to the small portions!!
