Hi all I have been to three weigh in and have lost 3 kgs. I was really discouraged yesterday because I only lost .2 after bigger losses the first two weeks. I have been well beneath my points which apparently has backfired! I am trying to move more buy really want to close my eyes and wake up 20 kgs lighter!!!
Weigh in last night lost 1.2 kg. Really happy but still not a size 8!! Can someone wake me up in 20 kg??? Do any of you guest massively hungry before your period or is it just me?
