Happy owner of a 3300

Just a quick message to introduce myself: My name is Tim, I am the owner of a very old 3300 which is doing sterling work until such time that I can afford the latest model.
I am really impressed by this clever piece of kit which is enhancing our kitchen and cooking. At the moment we are going through all our kitchen units deciding what we don't need and can sell on ebay so that we can afford a new TM31. So far we have quite a pile of stuff which will on longer be required.

Welcome Tim, glad you are enjoying your TMX.  Have you had it long?

I've got my Kenwood mixer stored in the loft but to be honest I'm really desperate to get it back down again.  I really like baking in bulk which the TMX just doesn't allow me to do.

I still really, really love it tho'

Welcome to the forum Tim. What sort of things will the 3300 do? I've seen a TM21 but nothing earlier.

I do a lot of cooking at home, everything from making my own pasta through to jams, chutneys cordials etc. Love trying nee things and experimenting. Homemade bread everyday. I am also a Health and safety inspector which means I get to inspect kitchens in education facilities both commercial and student kitchens. I am a self confessed foodie.

Wow Tim, what a great machine. As I am new to thermo, could you tell me what year this machine would have come from? Helps to prove to DH that Thermomix is a great machine and will last forever..HEHE
