My Mum loves macadamia nuts and I am wondering if I could make this using macadamia nut butter (made in TM) and toffee macadamia's on top.  Can nut butter be made using macadamia's?  Any thoughts if this would work?  :)

Oh yum! Great idea Chelsea! I make macadamia nut butter a lot, it's great because they're so oily you don't need to add any oil.

Happy Birthday Fundj!!! Lucky you to get such a special cake!  :)

Chelsea

My DD used cashew butter, I think macadamia nut butter would be great
She did say the timing was a bit under and something about the method I can not remember what lol.
