Choc Mousse
« on: February 14, 2011, 08:25:50 am »
I had two attempts at the choc mousse in the EDC on the weekend.  Each time I came to the whipping of the cream (the recipe says not to clean the bowl before whipping) it went really runny and wouldn't thicken.  Any hints!!!!

the recipe called for the choc mix to be done at whatever degree it was, so the bowl would not have been cool at all.  the recipe did say not to clean out the bowl before adding the cream, so i guess in future i might just whip the cream before everything else.
