Chopping Small Quantities
« on: January 21, 2009, 04:00:39 am »
Another tip from Bimby's Site.  You may not be able to access this area for "student" of the Online cooking classes, but please check out the English Section.  I was reminded of this while participating in the online lesson.

The forum is full of useful information.  I will endeavour to add more here.

Question:
When I make breadcrumbs, they are not always are all well-shredded, sometimes there are still some big pieces.  What can I do?
Answer
Place the steamer basket into the TM bowl, this reduces the space and helps improve the result.

It works for small amounts of spices, vegetables etc.

Ooh, are the online lessons in Italian or English?  Are they live or threads?  And more to the point, how do I access them?  ;D
As my picture shows, I've suddenly become younger :-)  DD was of the opinion that her picture should be here, not mine!
