I love my thermomix!
« on: March 10, 2011, 09:05:03 am »
Standing joke in our house is that if I could marry it and have little thermie babies - I would!!!  :P

I am hoping I can get some more wonderful recipes to extend my limited thermomix repertoire!! My kids are getting sick and tired of the meatloaf with mushroom sauce, so tonight my 7 year old is making Beef Stroganoff with a few tweaks I read on here... yum yum!

God often comforts us, not by changing the circumstances of our lives, but by changing our attitude towards them.

Hi Perth Mum, welcome to the forum.  Put the EDC in a drawer and check out the recipes on here.  They are varied and versatile.  We all like to tweak and add our own variations - I'm sure you are the same. I quickly grew tired of the EDC when I first got my machine so started converting my own recipes but we now have so many new recipe books, it is not a matter of 'what will I cook tonight' but 'which one will I try tonight'.  We all have piles of recipes on our 'to do' list.  Have fun here and it's lovely to see DS helping out too.

Hi Perth Mum, isn't it great? Plenty of recipes here and on the internet - impossible to get around to making them all,  but we have fun trying!  ;D
