Hi everyone, I was excited to finally get my Thermomix a couple of weeks ago after a long time of saving ( stay at home Mum, single income family etc etc ).I am really into healthy food , not processed or full of rubbish. Our youngest son has a diagnosis of autism and we find a clean diet helps him... I am looking forward to trying out all these new recipes

Welcome elli j. There are many of us who strive for a healthier diet- some due to necessity because of allergy or intolerance, some by choice and some with children who are better off with a basic diet for one reason or another. My DS2 carries a little too much weight so we strive to reduce fat & sugar in his diet whilst maintaining "normal" looking foods to take to school. It's all challenge but made easier by owning a TMX

Don't worry GoneCrazy - it's coming - hopefully Monday!!!! And I'll be there Tuesday to do your demo - yay! Looking forward to meeting you!
