Not scrambled but and omelette the size of the top tray in the varoma. It's lovely and light. You have to wet down some baking paper and line the tray so it doesn't drip through.  Use 6 eggs, seasoning, herbs, 70g cream(?).  ;)

there are a couple of omelette recipes on the forum for the varoma. They are beautiful, light and moist. I love them :)

Yummy! I just made myself a 3 egg omelette (very indulgent) with feta, mushrooms, ham and a half tsp or so of sour cream.

My first ever omelette that wasn't cooked in a plastic bag (recipe from a Jason Roberts cookbook).

I've just gotta ask - how do you make scrambled eggs in a plastic bag?

lol easy when you know how and ver useful sometimes -  I send this method with my kids on camp

beat eggs and mix with any other ingredients you want to add (this is more like an omelette) then pour into a click seal bag (I get the kids to double bag it for safety) then place in a pot of simmering water until cooked through  ;)

Here's one from Better Homes & Garden.  You will find U-tube demos on the net as well.
