You must have caught the 'virus' going around the forum em, there seems to be a few people 'not motivated' at the moment. Have a good browse on here and it might get you going again.

make some Bagels for your DS to take to school and freeze them
Make a Chicken soup for the soul
Make Bangers & Mash for your DS who likes to dress up as Spiderman
Some Yummy Biccies for a quick sweet treat
Knock up some extremely sinful icecream and indulge yourself

I think going to a cooking class  or a demo can always get you going again or hosting attending demo or  a varoma demo if you haven't already. Or just watching a few youtube videos of the TM in action can excite the mind  :D maybe I should take my own advice lol. Personally hanging out here, doing demos,  going to meetings and chatting to other consultants inspires me. Maybe you should become a consultant  ;D

I thought you were a consultant em. ???  I can't keep up around here.

I have times where I just stick to basic meals em. Sometimes I feel really pressured to bake everything from scratch for our family (pressure I put on myself) and that can take the enjoyment out of cooking.  I try to keep it balanced with life and love and remember to cook things I really enjoy now and then.  :-* :)

Em I quite underestand. I went through a time not so long ago when I really couldn't be bothered. I'm better now, but still need a kick in the pants sometimes. With me I think it was the weather, it has been so hot.
Perhaps do what some of us did when we first got the machine, make just one thing each day.
I did love CP63 plan though.
Report back in and tell us what you have made and how it went. I'd love to hear.

Must be a bug!!! I mostly can't even be bothered posting on the forum. The kids have been getting shop biscuits and bread. I barely have enough energy to get dinner each night! School holidays in a week, so hopefully that should recharge me.

I'm like that in waves, but it doesn't stop me using the tm because it's just part of how we do the mundane things at home, like boiling eggs.

If i do get in a rut, I just have a demo as suggested earlier and am all fired up and ready to go again because I get such fantastic ideas from my consultant - it's amazing how many variations the basic demo can be transformed to. I tried going to the classes, but all we have in Sydney seems to be those awful back to basics classes - we don't have anything exciting like Perth does.
